At DOMA Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and will address quality concerns for roasted beans.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request to initiate the process.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    For equipment and merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please provide the roast date and batch code.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement bag.
