How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roast Date' to ensure you receive your coffee at its peak flavor profile, typically shipping within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, our 'Roaster's Choice' subscription allows you to receive your favorite beans on a recurring schedule. You can manage frequency, pause, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via carbon-neutral carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on direct-trade relationships with farmers, ensuring they are paid well above Fair Trade minimums and that all farming practices meet strict environmental standards.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee?

While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding fresh for the best experience, we do offer several grind options including Drip, Espresso, and French Press at no extra charge.
